The Why Mix Premieres in Two Weeks in Helsinki - Get Your Tickets Now!

Our new dance performance The Why Mix premieres in two weeks at Annantalo Arts Centre. The number of the audience is highly restricted, so get your tickets now from Ticketmaster!

Why The Why Mix?

The word “why” is key to understanding and knowledge. “Mix” is a mixture. The Why Mix throws questions in the air about the meanings and interpretations of bodily movement.

The Why Mix is a geometric, thrilling, colourful and partly serious mixture of contemporary dance, mime and music. The piece ponders on children’s reduced bodily expression and movement constructions in the time of smartphones and emojis. The Why Mix’s visuality draws its inspiration from the Bauhaus style – but why?

The Why Mix takes all kids and like-minded adults to a playful and exhilarating exploration where you have permission to wonder about different phenomena of movement. Read the details from our website.
